What are the delivery charges and delivery time?
We charge a flat Rs. 200 delivery fee on COD orders and free shipping on Prepaid orders across Pakistan. Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days via PostEx. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Prepaid (Bank Transfer) and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Prepaid orders enjoy free delivery, while a delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to COD orders. For bulk or high-value COD orders, our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
What should I do if my parcel appears damaged or tampered with?
Please do not accept the parcel if the packaging seal is broken or the flyer is torn. Refuse the delivery and contact our customer support immediately. Hayadar Clothing is not responsible for parcels accepted in tampered or damaged condition.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Exchanges are allowed for a different color or product.
Who bears the return shipping cost and how are refunds handled?
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Refunds are processed either to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the item’s condition.
